HAWBERRY stalked ahead of only one rival after the break, pulled the rider closer having to be throttled down by the half, relaxed nicely on the rail throughout the turn measuring the four rivals who were in front of her, edged up when nudged on for more at the quarter pole, shifted out off the frontrunner at the top of the stretch, pounced when set down outside at the furlong pole and drove by with authority in the final seventy yards. ANGEL DANIELLE had a head in front on the outside entering the backstretch, shook clear getting to the rail by the half, rolled along unchallenged slowing the tempo down around the oval, held her own up front on the fence at the top of the stretch, dug in when the outside rival was bearing down at the furlong marker but was no match for the winner in the final sixteenth, settling for second best while it was a long way back to the third horse for show. LET'S GO SOUPER forced the issue inside while drifting out slightly in the running down the chute, tracked the leader on the rail along the backside, chased the frontrunner closing through the turn at the quarter pole to be in the hunt swinging out four wide turning for home, could not keep up to the lead twosome who had it to themselves in the final furlong and held on to just save for the show money inside at the finish line. TAP MY DESIRE stalked close to the back end going three deep, offered a long sustained run going three to four wide circling around horses throughout the turn, swung out eight wide for the stretch drive and was not done yet, kept coming down the lane and just about got up for the third place share at the wire taking the minors instead in the end. NO FRILLS veered out on the break, was forwardly placed three deep along the backside in close range of the lead three runners, inched up three wide around foes on the turn to bid for the lead at the quarter pole, shifted to the four path in with a chance at the head of the lane but evened out inside of runners in the final eighth of a mile. BERMUDA BREW was brushed on the inside on the start, trailed the field in the early going, advanced on the fence midway down the backside but had to be checked in tight coming up to the half mile marker, continued to have an eventful trip still stuck behind traffic only ahead of one runner at the five sixteenths pole and when finally getting a clear run finished up with good energy on the fence in the final furlong. NORTH YORK had a stalking trip close to the back end in the beginning, could see the field by the half, lagged behind the group around the bend but did have a very good stretch rally when passing many rivals in the drive going between horses. SPUN FOR FLATTER was under a snug hold near the rear between foes, offered a brief turn of foot under a hustling ride in the two path in midturn, angled out seven wide at the top of the lane but stalled in the final furlong. LITTLE LOLA vied between horses in tight down the chute, stumbled clipping the leaders heels at the three quarters marker, regressed through the field gathering herself down the backside, travelled three wide outside foes making little impression, swung out widest in the eight path at the head of the lane and managed to pass a couple of weary rivals in the drive to the wire. NILE PASSAGE progressed three deep on the outside of runners at the half, kept pace making little gain travelling just off the rail around the turn, moved out to the four path straightening out for home but wilted by the furlong marker. SPICY BOURBON broke inwards on the start, settled in midfield just off the rail along the backside, had the rail running evenly making no headway midway on the bend, improved offering a brief rally skimming the fence in upper stretch but yielded by the furlong pole. UR HEART had a good spot alone watching the front pair in the beginning, took closer order to track the pacesetter outside another at the half, came under a busy ride on the turn but was retreating between horses at the quarter pole and folded in the two path in upper stretch. STEWARD'S INQUIRY REGARDING#8 ANGEL DANIELLE,#7 LITTLE LOLA AND #6 LET'S GO SOUPER AT THE THREE QUARTERS POLE LEAVING THE CHUTE RESULTED IN #6 LET'S GO SOUPER BEING DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED NINTH FOR INTERFERENCE
