Footnotes
SERENADING KITTEN bumped a rival at the start, was coaxed forward to the lead and shifted in a bit entering the first turn to set the pace from just off the fence, was pressured briefly early up the backstretch then edged clear, was asked passing the quarter pole, came out a bit in late stretch and held off the lone threat under steady urging. NIKITA'S GEM was lightly brushed at the start, had forward position tracking inside heading to the first turn, bided time settling up the backstretch, was asked past the quarter pole tipping out at the top of the stretch to be four to five deep with aim on the leader, loomed a threat but was held at bay while well clear of the rest. PEACE POSEY broke out a bit, settled under light rating tactics shifting in near but off the rail, ran on inside to get along for show honors in late stretch. STARSHIP SERENITY was away well, allowed an outside foe to go on to the lead and shift in then moved up outside that one three wide to press passing the six- and one-half, continued to apply some pressure to the five-eighths then was in pursuit just off that rival, was ridden along past the three-eighths but flattened out in the stretch. POETIC AMY brushed a rival lightly and was in just a hair tight right after, lacked early speed racing off the inside at the rear, continued three to five wide on the far turn at the back and failed to menace. BEAUTIFUL SKY was bumped at the start, settled off the pace removed from the rail three to four deep, was encouraged from the seven-sixteenths, swung eight wide into upper stretch, was not a factor.
