TURBO CHARGED settled off the pace outside a rival, moved closer early up the backstretch but still off the leaders racing outside in the clear, was encouraged three wide on the far turn, gained steadily to take charge past the furlong marker and drew clear under steady handling. SPIRITUAL MAN was forwardly-positioned inside heading to the first turn, switched outside the leader late on that bend to stalk from outside, moved on the far turn taking the lead by the top of the stretch, was no match for the winner but clearly second best. HOT POTATO broke a bit awkwardly, settled toward the back inside, came out for the second turn, moved out further in deep stretch while running on well and bumping with a rival in the process, got up from between foes for show. BACK STREET DRIVER settled off the pace and off the rail, advanced between foes past the half, was encouraged along three furlongs out, came into upper stretch about four wide, ran on but exchanged a bump nearing the wire and lost show late. RIDEAU FALLS moved clear heading into the first turn shifting in on that bend, set the pace inside, gave way. GLORIOUS REVENGE chased from inside, dropped back and faded. BLAZING SONG broke a step slowly and steadied slightly just after, raced far back early, made no impact. NYCELY was caught outside two to three deep into the first turn but forwardly-placed, shifted in on that bend, pursued from inside, was ridden three furlongs out but came up empty.
