DEWOLF flanked the pacesetter on the outside around the first turn, seized control outside heading into the backstretch, opened up at will setting an even tempo by the three eighths marker, rolled along unopposed through the last bend and impressively coasted home for the win under wraps winning by a good margin when at the wire. AWESOME RAINBOW broke inwards to begin, settled on the fence in midfield in tandem with another rival around the initial bend as well as along the back straight, shifted to the three path between horses at the top of the stretch and had good late energy to be a clear second best behind the runaway winner when crossing the finish line. HOLIDAY SNOOZE pressed the issue three wide in the beginning stages, was then wrangled back to sit in the second flight watching the engaged duo up top into the backstretch, could not close the gap on the winner through the last turn, angled out four wide battling for a small share in upper stretch and ran on mildly down the lane to get up late for the show award. BANKINGONAMIRACLE had a narrow advantage on the rail in the beginning, surrendered the lead to the outside rival entering the backstretch, chased the winner in vain throughout the last turn, still was holding for the secondary share in mid-stretch but needed more late when fading on the rail with a sixteenth from the line to settle only for a minor role in the end. PRIVATE LABEL was squeezed at the start, stalked on the rail ahead of only one runner around the first bend, shared the back end on the inside of another with three furlongs still to run, made no gain on challengers travelling just off the fence on the final turn, hugged the rail turning for home but could not get involved. QUIET VISTA hopped on the break trailing the field early on, took closer order along the backside going four deep catching up to the pack outside by the three eighths pole, had little to offer outside of rivals in the running around the far turn and failed to menace having the three path in the stretch drive.
