VRANA (IRE) settled off the pace near mid-division along the inside, saved ground, was urged in upper stretch then tapped on the brakes facing traffic near the eighth pole, altered outside rivals at that juncture and regained momentum, surged past late. LADY IZZY shifted in and was forwardly-positioned tracking the leaders inside saving ground, was ridden along past the five-sixteenths, tipped out leaving the far turn, struck the lead in mid-stretch, edged just clear nearing the sixteenth pole but was engulfed late. PIPINNA broke inwardly, settled toward the back inside, saved ground, tipped out a couple paths leaving the far turn, was forced wider still in mid-stretch and carried out late while keeping on but ultimately needed more. GREENWICH PIKE was quick to take the lead, set the pace inside with pursuers in tow, shook just clear leaving the far turn, was collared in mid-stretch, weakened thereafter. YOU BE THE JUDGE moved forward after the start to gain position three deep into the first turn just off the pacesetter, moved in a bit on that bend, stalked in range two to three wide, swung out a path into upper stretch, was carried out by rivals in mid-stretch, failed to rally. MIA MITOLE was outside mid-pack stalking mostly two to three wide, swung seven wide into upper stretch, dropped back and faded. RATINGS UPGRADE (IRE) broke a step slowly, raced outside mostly three then four wide well back of the lead, shifted in to the rail in mid-stretch, was never a threat. SCAT HUMOR settled in the second flight two to three wide through the first turn switching out leaving that bend, moved forward four wide heading up the backstretch, was in range of the lead on that bend, faltered in the stretch. RELOAD EH broke outwardly, lacked early speed racing well back at the rear just off the inside, failed to menace.
