Footnotes
ANGEL DANIELLE broke in at the start, had a head in front on the fence midway down the backside, continued to maintain a narrow advantage inside two runners under a busy ride throughout the bend, shifted to the two path with rivals bearing down on either side in mid-stretch but was tenacious up front and would not let anyone go by in deep stretch. KATHERINE'S CUB settled between horses keeping a close eye on the front three rivals at the half, crept closer just off the fence in midturn, hugged the rail coming on to be in the mix straightening out for home, was inching up on the winner in the final furlong inside but could not get there in time. LITTLE LOLA travelled three deep shadowing the contest duo down the backside, moved in three wide around the turn to bid for the front end outside the lead pair at the quarter pole, was in the hunt having the four path in upper stretch, could not match strides with the front twosome by the sixteenth pole but still finished up well enough to be a clear third at the wire. DADDY'S THE BOSS was away slowly trailing the field early on, began to pick up runners making a run on the fence at the three furlong pole, angled out five wide at the top of the lane, was full of run midway down the stretch and rushed home in the final furlong to be a fringe player in the end with that strong late finish. SUPERFLY CHICK was forwardly placed on the inside at the half sitting in the third flight, shifted out midpoint of the turn, commenced a brief rally outside at the quarter pole, was in with a chance for a piece of the prize four wide at the top of the stretch but stalled between horses in the final furlong. ROSE FORTUNE hounded the frontrunner outside down the backstretch, vied between runners for the lead on the turn at the quarter pole, moved to the three path in the heat of the battle between rivals in upper stretch but needed more late when fading up at the furlong marker. FRAC'S C E O had the rail watching the front threesome at the half, could not keep up when on the fence with the lead trio in midturn while under a drive, had the rail at the furlong pole but could not get involved in the late drive. LOTTA GEMS stalked ahead of only one runner down the backside, had the rail closing the gap mildly at the quarter pole, shifted to the two path staying on the wrong lead throughout the stretch run and failed to fire in the last eighth of a mile. TAN TOAST was brushed on the outside at the start, sat in midfield along the backside, had little movement taking the short way around the turn, shifted to the three path in upper stretch but lacked a finish between runners in the final furlong. KASUMI'S GHOST veered out sharply almost unseating the rider at the break, settled near the rear on the outside down the backstretch, had little to show for three wide around the oval, swung out widest in the seven-path turning for home but could not be a factor in the late running outside of rivals. SHOOT broke out on the start, recovered quickly to be in the mix four deep in the beginning, dropped back slightly at the half, regressed three wide throughout the turn and had little to offer in the six path in the stretch drive between horses. PRECIOUS KID stalked near the rear with horses on either side, was urged right-handed but was relegated to the back end by the three-furlong pole, saved ground on the turn but failed to menace inside of runners in the stretch drive.
