COPACABANA was reserved at the rear, moved on the far turn having advance outside foes, fanned eight to nine wide into upper stretch, struck the lead outside the furlong marker, drove clear. ELISSA'S MACHO bobbled slightly at the start, stalked the pace three wide, settled in behind the leaders, swung out and drifted a bit at the top of the stretch, ran on to gain the place. SPICY BOURBON moved soon to the lead shifting in to set the pace nearer but off the rail, was pressured on the far turn, weakened. RED GUITAR was lightly bumped at the start, caught five wide on the first turn, dropped back shifting in a bit, went three wide on the far turn, came into upper stretch five wide between runners and in a bit tight, ran on to improve. REALLY BIG SHOW brushed a rival after the start, pursued between foes two to three wide from off the pace, came out a bit turning into upper stretch, ran on evenly. NO FRILLS bumped a rival at the start, was caught four wide into the first turn, shifted in leaving that bend, tracked from inside, failed to rally. LADY BIA raced off the pace inside saving ground, came out at the top of the stretch, failed to menace. BACKSTREET EMMA was brushed after the start, urged forward chasing then pressing the leader, faltered and faded.
