Footnotes
BRIGHT ANGEL (IRE) was taken back inside, rated off the pace in behind and inside runners, advanced late on the far turn angling out six to seven deep leaving that bend, took aim and surged past late. FOREVER FROSTY was forced out at the start, tucked in near but off the fence at the back heading to the first turn, was headstrong in behind runners up the backstretch moving out and racing five wide into the far turn, made a rapid advance outside foes, appeared to exchange incidental contact late on that bend en route to taking the lead in upper stretch, drifted in at that juncture but clear in mid-stretch, was outfinished. BEACH FACTOR exchanged light contact at the start, tucked in behind about three wide into the first turn before moving out and advancing outside four abreast, moved to challenge late on the far turn, was in a bit tight leaving that bend apparently brushing lightly with a rival, ran on evenly in the stretch. BIG SCREEN BOSS was lightly brushed at the start, still went forward to the lead and clear, set the pace inside on or just off the rail, was asked when challenged past the quarter pole, headed in upper stretch, steadied past the furlong marker as the new leader came in a bit, weakened thereafter. GONE HUNTING was well-placed tucking in behind the pacesetter to track from the second flight inside on or just off the rail, moved out a bit in striking distance leaving the far turn but weakened in the stretch. INSTANT RESPONSE brushed a rival at the start, stalked from the second flight racing between foes up the backstretch, was forced out past the quarter pole floating five deep into upper stretch, failed to threaten late. GRAN GHOST was lightly bumped at the start, caught three to four wide into the first turn, dropped back to race between the trailers up the backstretch, came out in the stretch, failed to menace. MESSY RIDING bumped a rival lightly at the start, moved forward outside caught about four deep through the first turn, pressed up the backstretch, dropped back on the far turn and faded. FOLLOWING OBJECTIONS BY THE RIDERS OF BEACH FACTOR AND BIG SCREEN BOSS AGAINST FOREVER FROSTY ALLEGING INTERFERENCE, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
