NANTUCKETS DAY stalked from outside mid-pack racing mostly three to four wide, ground on in the stretch and got up in the shadow of the wire. EDEY moved to the lead, shifted in once clear heading into the first turn clipping heels behind with another rival, set the pace, was shadowed by foes on the far turn, shook clear in upper stretch, lacked the needed late kick and was nailed late. SWEET FUSION exchanged some brushing with an inside foe heading into the first turn and clipped heels with the leader at that juncture resulting in a slight bobble, stalked from outside moving closer on the far turn, was asked to keep up at the five-sixteenths, kept on evenly in the lane. STAR ATTRACTION exchanged light bumps heading into the first turn, tracked up close along the inside saving ground, lacked room past the sixteenth pole and went evenly late. NOCHE DE DAMAS shifted in early, saved ground inside off the pace, came out in mid-stretch and ran on but needed more. PROPHETIC DEBBY (IRE) bobbled into the outside rival at the start, settled off the pace three to four wide early, fanned seven to eight wide into upper stretch, was never near enough to threaten. FAITH UNDERSTOOD was bumped at the start, shifted in heading into the first turn racing inside a foe but off the rail on that bend, steadied slightly past the three-quarters, came into upper stretch four to five wide, moved out seven deep in mid-stretch, failed to threaten. I'VE GOT THE HONEY was in tight at the start, trailed throughout and failed to rally. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY AS WELL AS OBJECTION BY THE RIDER OF SWEET FUSION AGAINST EDEY ALLEGING INTERFERENCE, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
