MAUNA LOA broke sharply and went straight to the lead to set the pace in the clear, responded when asked in upper stretch and drew off. Z Z'S chased the winner from between foes, was ridden along outside the five-sixteenths, proved no match for the winner but was clearly second best. SOCIAL CODE was lightly bumped at the start, unhurriedly brought up the rear, fanned seven wide into upper stretch, ran on mildly to get up for show honors. THANK YOU INDIA lightly bumped a rival at the start, settled off the pace, made a swift advance between runners three to four wide near the five-sixteenths, loomed a threat coming to the top of the stretch but flattened out. ORION BEACH chased from inside the second flight, steadily weakened. MATHEMATICAL was forwardly-placed early chasing from outside foes four to five wide, failed to rally. LADY ON A MISSION chased three to four wide and outside foes into the turn, faltered and faded.
