ENDRICK had the front end setting only a moderate pace while unchallenged both down the backside and throughout the turn, cruised home at the top of the lane, opened up even further in the final furlong and proved much the best at the wire. UNCAPTURED MOMENT had the two path between horses part of the tracking foursome down the backstretch, separated himself from the others giving futile chase on the winner around the bend, posed the only threat for a fleeting moment at the top of the lane, could not keep up by the furlong pole but still ran on with determination holding at the wire, besting the rest for the runners up share. BREAK THE SPELL was allowed to settle into stride trailing the field along the backstretch, started to pick up the bit when scrubbed for more shifting out four wide on the turn at the quarter pole, swung out widest in the five path for the drive and offered a solid stretch run, could not get to the winner but did finish up smartly just missing out closing in for the place share at the wire. ECHO WITH LAUGHTER was away slowly in last at the break, pulled the rider even though hard held up the fence improving inside horses to sit just behind the leader at the half mile marker, settled in midfield saving all the ground around the oval, hugged the rail improving position briefly turning for home but evened out in the final furlong settling on the fringes in the end. CIRCLE BACK JACK had the three path with rivals on both sides while sitting in mid-pack down the backside, could not keep up between runners midway through the turn, could see the field three wide in upper stretch and could only manage to catch a leg weary outside straggler at the sixteenth pole. VAMOS VIEJO travelled four deep part of the quartet in midfield early down the backside, had a four wide trip narrowing the margin in the leader on the turn making a brief rally at the quarter pole, could not sustain the run and wilted between foes in the final furlong.
