Footnotes
STRATUS had the rail position nestled in the middle of the pack, was shuffled back on the fence by the half with a couple of,e of outside runners making an early move down the backside, patiently edge closer taking the short way around the final turn, shifted out four wide gathering speed with aim on the leader at the furlong pole and determinedly wore down the frontrunner outside in the shadow of the wire for the late running win. MOTION GRANTED hopped up slightly on the break, recovered to clear and cross over to the fence alone setting the lively pace around the first of two turns, remained all alone on the front end setting into a rhythm slowing the tempo down by the half, had company outside prompting the issue at the three eighths pole through to the top of the lane, spurted away once again just off the rail in command in mid-stretch but could not find more in reserve late when unable to fend off the winners late charge in the final seventy yards. BANKINGONAMIRACLE made a good move getting a tracking position on the leader from the outer post, continued to watch the pacesetter inside foes down the backstretch, waited patiently behind the lead pair midway through the last turn, skimmed the fence in the conversation up top turning for home and ran in willingly winning the show money inside but could not threatening the top pair at the wire. STARSHIP SERENITY bobbled then was brushed by the inside rival on the break, recovered to chase the frontrunner outside throughout the initial bend as well as down the backstretch, moved in bidding two wide outside for the lead at the three furlong pole, dueled around the far turn, was gradually gaining in the hunt between foes in the two path with a furlong still to run but was outkicked late settling on the the fringes. AGILE DANCER travelled in midfield having rivals on both sides, could not keep up to between foes who were making a rally at the five sixteenths pole and had little to offer just off the fence in the stretch running. EXUDE had the rail position ahead of only one runner in the early going, shifted to the outside entering the backstretch making move three deep outside of horses at the half mile pole, tried to carry that momentum three wide attempting to circle around runners on the final turn bit to no avail, swung out widest in the six path for the stretch drive but could not get into contention. BLONDINA'S BOY was unhurried trailing the field in the early stages, lagged well behind the pack on the far turn unable to get into gear and finished up on the rail getting the better from an outside weary straggler right at the finish line. TRUE SHOT stalked three wide close to the back outside foes, made an early move advancing three deep down the backstretch, remained in the three path around the final bend but was retreating by the quarter pole and gave way tiring in the five path in upper stretch.
