CHAOS AGENT had a tardy break hopping at the start, ranged up patiently inside rivals down the backstretch to draft behind the pacesetter with a half mile from the wire, sat poised on the fence waiting for the cue to move, shaved the corner in the hunt at the three sixteenths pole, darted through on the fence with a furlong to go taking the lead and just held off the outside runner up at the finish line for the gutsy win. WILLIAM T broke a step slow co-trailing on the outside leaving the gate, advance three deep outside of horses through the ba stretch sitting in midfield by the half, made a gradual circling move three wide edging up around foes on the bend, shifted to the four path at the top of the stretch, grinded away outside inching closer in the final furlong but could not get to the winner at the finish line. TELEPORT (IRE) pressed the pace in the beginning outside, took back to track outside in the second tier midway down the backside, moved well in hand inching up to the frontrunner two wide through the turn to bid in the three path at the head of the lane, fought on up top between rivals u til the sixteenth pole when needing more late and faded very late holding for a clear third at the wire. LOVER BOY MO settled in mid-division in the two path with runners on each side down the back straight, kept pace in tight quarters through the turn, remained two wide in the stretch run but was stuck behind the tiring frontrunner down the lane for most of the running never really lengthening stride, got clear late and finished up capturing a minor placing. BRIGHT ANGEL (IRE) was under a snug hold sharing the rear on the inside of another, could see the field three deep with a half mile left to run, saved ground but made little impact around the oval, shifted to the three path in upper stretch then angled out for a clear lane six wide at the furlong pole taking closer order but could only manage to pass the leg weary early leader in the final seventy yards. GOLDEN TRUTH had the early lead inside leaving the chute, was headed outside at the five eighths marker, shot away again for a clear advantage by the half mile pole, was under a good hold left alone up top throughout the turn moved well, shifted to the two path clinging on the front end straightening out for home, offered no resistance when swarmed on both sides at the furlong pole and folded in deep stretch.
