LAMIRADA seized command quickly inside when entering the backstretch, opened up at will in hand around the turn, drew off with authority with the rider statuesque at the furlong pole and won under only a hand ride overpowering the field down the stretch. CLASSIC LINES travelled three deep watching the engaged duo down the backside, made a good circling rally three wide around horses through the bend, closed belatedly in the four path outside and won the battle for the secondary share but well behind the runaway winner at the wire. LOUNROBIN had the rail sitting in mid-pack watching the lead twosome, came under a drive holding position inside through the turn, skimmed the fence still fighting on inside of horses in mid-stretch, shifted to the two path of a runner in the late going and surged between rivals right at the finish line getting the head down at the finish line for third place. EXILE had runners on both sides while in sitting in the middle of the pack, ran on evenly keeping up with others throughout the bend while being roused for more, shifted to the three path in the stretch drive but needed more outside two others in deep stretch just getting out nodded at the wire in a tight three way finish for the show award. KLASSEN veered out on the break while still getting the lead leaving the gate, relinquished the front into the backstretch, hounded the pacesetter outside at the half, gave futile chase with the winner increasing the advantage around the oval, tried to fight on inside holding for the runners up share in the final furlong but faded slightly in deep stretch on the fence losing the three way picture at the wire for the show money. EARLY BLOSSOM broke slowly, co-trailing outside with the other rival who had a poor beginning, made little movement outside a runner around the turn and showed little in the drive to the finish line. GLENORCHY had a slow start sharing the rear inside with the other sluggish beginner down the backside, could not make up any ground on the fence throughout the turn and failed to menace in the stretch running inside another.
