PROCTOR STREET was unhurried sharing the rear finding her feet inside around the first turn, continued to bide her time travelling smoothly down the backstretch, inched up on the fence looking for a seam at the quarter pole ready to make a move, rallied splitting runners getting a seam three wide in upper stretch, was finally set down at the eighth pole reaching for more ground sharply coming to the lead duo and finished up outside determinedly getting the nod at the wire for the stretch running tally. EPONINE (IRE) had an ideal spot nestled on the rail drafting behind the pacesetter rating kindly in hand throughout, shifted off the leaders cover two wide coming with a run at the quarter pole, loomed menacingly between foes in the two path in upper stretch, got her head in front for a stride or two with a sixteenth left from the wire but was denied at the finish line getting nabbed outside losing the bob. LUPA (IRE) had her ears pricked taking this field up top around the initial bend, galloped along settling into a good rhythm slowing the tempo down the back straight, continued to offer up a tepid pace with no rivals making a move midway on the far turn, had the rail holding on with a couple of rivals bearing down outside at the furlong pole but could not fend off their late charge by the sixteenth pole and faded in the late going easily holding for the show award. POWER OF DESTINY (GB) had the outside position sitting in midfield, made little movement still quite in range waiting for the cue down the backstretch, was urged on at the five sixteenths marker going three wide just running evenly through the final bend, had the five path at the head of the lane and ran on one paced getting the better of an inside foe to settle on the fringes in the end. QUEENS COMMAND (IRE) co-trailed on the outside in the early stages with the eventual winner to her inside, could see the field at the quarter pole unable to quicken with runners on the far turn, shifted to the two-path turning for home but lost the duel inside for a minor placing in the final furlong. WAR PAINTER was forwardly placed on the outside contently tracking the front runner two wide on the first of two turns, galloped along on the outside shadowing the leader down the backside, was urged for more at the five sixteenths pole but the pacesetter was slipping away and gave way coming up empty four wide between horses in upper stretch.
