MALIBU MAMBO was well-placed rating off and outside the leader two to three wide, came into upper stretch four wide and under a drive, was carried out a bit then drifted a bit further, continued to gain steadily and just got the nod. HUNT MASTER moved clear, dictated terms appearing to go easily racing on or just off the rail, was put to urging in upper stretch and drifted out under left-handed encouragement, was challenged by a rival late and just failed in a head-bobbing finish. NO MORE OPTIONS stalked not far off the pace racing outside three to four wide, came out further for the drive, could make no headway on the leading pair and just held third. LAST DAWN exchanged light bumps at the start, settled outside near mid-pack, was mostly three to four wide throughout, ran on inside a rival late but juts missed show honors. COOL KISS exchanged light bumps at the start, tucked in settling toward the rear two to three wide, moved out up the backstretch and advanced five wide into the far turn. WESTSIDE TIDE was reserved at the rear under a hold racing off the fence, fanned seven wide into upper stretch and improved position. EL KABONG was in a bit tight at the start, settled off the pace inside, failed to menace. HARLAN ESTATE broke out a bit, settled inside mid-pack, was not a threat. LOST ARK chased from mid-pack off the fence two to three deep, was asked to keep pace by the three-eighths but had no response and retreated between foes.
