SPEEDY FREEZE broke a step slow on the start, settled into a rhythm co-trailing on the outside down the backside, was roused midturn moving in on the leaders, gathered speed swinging out the widest of runners in the six path, found another gear charging outside foes at the furlong pole and drew off convincingly in the final seventy yards. LITTLE TEDDY had the outside position in midfield along the backside, sat outside another ready to pounce behind the contesting threesome around the bend, darted smartly through rivals four wide in upper stretch, seized control a furlong from the prize but could not repel the late burst by the winner outside in the late running. REGAL MOMENT was nestled on the rail watching the lead trio along the back straight, closed the gap while paired up inside with the eventual winner through the bend, shifted out at the quarter pole, angled out five wide finding his best stride late in deep stretch and finished up strongly almost getting a minor role at the wire outside runners. SPIRIT BEAR had a good spot tracking the lead trio three deep down the backstretch, took closer order to be in the conversation up front three wide outside foes at the three eighths marker, remained in the mix five wide at the top of the lane between rivals but could only finish up evenly in the three path in the last furlong to hold for a minor share in the end. JUST MAGNIFICENT co-trailed on the outside early on, closed the gap on the rail through the far turn moving with the eventual winner, shifted out at the quarter pole, angled to the five-path finding his best stride in deep stretch and almost closed in for a minor role at the finish line. HOODLESS pressed the issue outside early on, vied between foes three furlongs from home, inched away from horses assuming command at the quarter pole, was clinging up front just off the fence inside runners straightening out for the drive but had little left late and yielded on the rail by the sixteenth pole. SOUPER SUPREME narrowly had the advantage on the inside leaving the chute, edged clear by the half, was confronted out the outside by two rivals at the three eighths pole, fought on inside rivals until the quarter pole giving way up top and folded on the fence while checked slightly coming up to the furlong marker.
