SPICY BOURBON broke a half-step slowly, was coaxed forward between runners to take the lead and edge clear shifting in to set the pace near but just off the rail, was challenged late up the backstretch, shook clear turning into upper stretch, just held under steady handling. CHOCOLATECROISSANT (IRE) tracked from inside, was ridden along by the five-sixteenths, came out in upper- to mid-stretch bumping a rival in the process, gained steadily on the leader but just missed. REALLY BIG SHOW broke a half-step slowly, tucked in settling at the back in hand off the fence, moved out on the far turn beginning to advance, was five wide past the quarter pole, came into upper stretch eight deep and gaining while drifting in a hair, evened out late and was best of the rest. PAT'S HOLIDAY hopped at the start, shifted in settling near the inside off the pace, made an early advance near the nine-sixteenths moving rapidly between foes and drawing even with the leader by the seven-sixteenths, continued to chase that one from outside, was bumped and forced out in mid-stretch then continued to weaken. CHERVONARUTA stalked from mid-division racing between runners, falied to rally. LITA MARIE had light brushes heading into the first turn while forced out, raced four to five wide settling outside foes mid-pack, fanned seven deep into upper stretch, failed to menace. STRAWBERRY WORLD switched out in the early going brushing the outside rival, had forward positions talking three to four wide, came out six deep at the top of the stretch, failed to rally. HEART TAP was forced five wide and exchanged light brushes into the first turn, shifted in on the far turn and failed to menace.
