Footnotes
YODDHA bobbed heads on the inside fighting up top early on, glided up the fence assuming command by the three eighths pole, rolled along with little pressure from rivals throughout the turn, spurted away when shook up skimming the fence turning for home, was kept to the task under right handed encouragement but shortening stride hearing outside runners closing in late with a sixteenth remaining and just had enough left to prevail from the oncoming outside pair at the wire. SPRINGER edged up inside of horses to have a good spot tucked in behind the lead trio at the half, shifted out two wide smartly opting for the outside route in midturn, still had the two path rallying past an tiring inside rival in upper stretch, moved to the fence at the furlong pole closing in, shifted out two wide surging on the inside winner in deep stretch between foes but just missed getting there in time. OUT N OUT DISGRACE broke a step slow and was allowed to find his footing trailing in the early going, caught up to the pack moving in three wide at the five sixteenths pole, made a strong move around foes four wide at the quarter marker, closed in sharply outside in the last eighth of a mile but came up just shy being on the losing end of a three way win finish. TUTTI CONTENTI had the four path rating kindly in hand with runners on either side part of the early fray up front with a half mile still to run, was roused three wide midway on the oval but could not keep up to the engaged front pair at the quarter pole, remained three wide for the stretch drive and finished up one paced in the late going catching a weakening rival in deep stretch to be a fringe player in the end. MASTER SPY had a good spot all alone watching the contesting pair in the beginning, inched closer in the three path part of the early mix up top at the half, chased the frontrunner three wide in midturn, made a brief bid at the quarter pole, could not quicken in the two path with the winning clearing away in upper stretch and faded between runners at the sixteenth pole just getting picked up late outside losing a minor award at the finish line. YOU AND ME BABY had only one rival beaten when the field was sorting itself out with four furlongs remaining, could not get anything going relegated to the tail end at the five sixteenths marker,, shifted out to the four oath for the stretch drive but could only manage to pass weary stragglers in mid-stretch. ALFRED BELLOWS improved outside going four deep through the backstretch sitting in mid-division having aim on the leader by the half, continued a four wide journey while going in the wrong direction outside of foes in the turn running by the quarter pole and could not factor in the rail in the final eighth of a mile. ABSOLUTE CHAIRMAN battled outside in the beginning, poked a neck in front at the half, relinquished the front end two wide by the three eighths pole between runners offering no resistance, dropped back further uninterested through the turn at the quarter pole and faltered on the rail by the furlong marker.
