TAZMAN dueled inside, took command and moved clear when asked in upper stretch, held sway. BORDER TOWN stalked inside a foe but off the fence in behind the leading pair, had room in upper stretch if good enough but could make no headway. INDY ONE was fractious in the gate, got away well, stalked from outside three to four wide, came out five deep in the stretch, ran on. YOUR VALENTINO came in a bit at the start, settled mid-pack, was under a ride by the five-sixteenths, came out six to seven wide for the stretch, ran on. JAMIESTA settled off the pace, went evenly racing two to four wide. ASK IN MY NAME broke awkwardly and steadied at the start, raced at the back, fanned six wide, made no bid. CANYOUHEARMERUNNIN stumbled at the start, raced near the inside, was not a threat. GALVASTON forced the pace engaged in a duel outside the winner, gave way.
