LOVE YOU LIPPY was bumped by the inside rival on the start, recovered quickly to poke her head in front inside by the five furlong pole, moved well in hand maintaining a slim lead on the fence around the turn, spurted away when roused for more run inside turning for home and under a busy ride late held on at the wire for the win by a diminishing margin. ROOKIE COURT was away alertly getting the lead on the start, was content to sit outside hounding the pacesetter down the backstretch, took closer order to battle outside around the bend, shifted out three wide in upper stretch, was gaining gradually on the winner in the final furlong but just did not have enough late to get there in time at the finish. MIGHT BEE TROUBLE travelled between horses in midfield, improved mildly with rivals on either side at the quarter pole, angled out five wide between rivals in upper stretch and finished up willingly staying on the incorrect lead through the lane to get up for the show money outside late. ROSIEPOSIE left a step slow at the break, was nudged for more improving position on the inside to sit behind the engaged duo by the half, shifted out edging nearer by the quarter pole to be in the mix four wide at the top of the stretch and finished up mildly inside another but lost the duel for the show award on a head nod at the wire. LA BELVA broke out on the start to trail under a hustling ride along the back straight, remained at the rear saving ground in touch with rivals through the turn, offered a mild run inside at the quarter pole to be in with a chance for a share inside runners at the head of the lane, could not sustain the rally and evened out in the final furlong. BUFF BAY travelled close to the back going three deep outside foes stalking the leader, was hard ridden going three wide trying to hold position around the bend, swung out widest in the six path turning for home but emptied out by upper stretch.
