HAUNTED DREAM (IRE) settled in behind the leaders inside, was off the rail for the third turn, swung seven deep coming out of that bend, was carried out in the stretch making a bid near the eighth pole, edged away. TOSEN WISH (IRE) brushed a rival lightly at the start, settled outside at the rear, wasn't too far back coming to the top of the stretch, angled out five wide, found room between foes in upper stretch, made a mild bid in mid-stretch, was no match for the winner but secured the place. DANCIN IN DA'NILE stalked the leading pair from outside, was encouraged past the five-sixteenths, swung six wide turning for home, made a mild bid in upper- to mid-stretch, drifted out a bit, needed more. VENENCIA (FR) settled at the rear inside, saved ground, improved in the stretch. ROSCAR moved quickly to the lead and shifted in, set the pace facing outside pressure, was headed after about three-eighths, retook the lead past the seven-sixteenths, dueled through the far turn coming into upper stretch just off the rail, weakened. LEGAL CATCH took back and switched out, applied pressure to the early leader from outside, put a head in front passing the wire the first turn, dueled on the far turn, weakened in the stretch.
