TALENT SHOW was checked on the fence a couple of times keen inside and behind runners in the early going, shifted outside in the third flight with runners on each side having trouble again taken a hold of briefly at the five eighths marker, made first run circling horses three wide at the five sixteenths pole posing the only threat at the top of the stretch and grinded away outside a stubborn pacesetter to get the nose down right at the finish line for the victory. NAUGHTY DESTINY had the lead while positioned well off the fence early on, continued to control the pace just off the rail down the back straight, moved well in hand still up top but having a few rivals bearing down outside at the quarter pole, found more when called upon edging away inside straightening out for the drive, kept going on in mid-stretch but could not fend off the winners late surge outside getting nabbed right at the wire. PURRFECT GIRL had the rail position in mid-division, was shuffled back slightly on the fence at the five sixteenths pole inside two others, had nowhere to go at the three eighths marker inside two runners as well as struck behind foes, shifted out three wide getting clear run at the quarter marker, angled to the four path in with a chance in upper stretch, closed in smartly at the furlong pole but stalled switching back to the incorrect lead at the sixteenth pole finishing up a non threatening third. TWISTING PISTONS tracking the frontrunner on the fence, waited patiently on the rail midway through the final bend while outside rivals were commencing a run, skimmed the fence get a clear path at the top of the lane but failed to fire inside foes through the stretch settling on the fringes. ENGLISH JUBILEE travelled three wide in mid-pack on the first bend, sat outside foes three deep down the back straight, came under a drive three wide midway around the final bend making little headway, was pushed out by another at the quarter pole to be widest in the five path at the top of the stretch and could not get involved in the late running. MAGIC MODIE was forwardly placed outside tracking the frontrunner, chased between runners two wide making little headway on the far turn and could not find more wilting in the three path by upper stretch. POETIC AMY was allowed to settle at the rear in the beginning while content staying outside three wide on the first of two turns, lagged behind down the backstretch, made no impression at the tail end staying again at least three wide through the second bend and could not factor in the stretch running.
