SILVER RALEIGH was brushed by the inside foe at the start, relaxed nicely just sitting back off the pacesetter in the early running, hounded the leader outside heading into the turn, could not wait any longer seizing control, going on with it outside by the three eighths marker, open up slightly just off the fence in upper stretch and was kept to the task finding something in reserve in deep stretch to hold off a couple of late challengers outside for the win. WILLY STYLES stumbled on the break to be close to the back having only the other poor starter beaten, started to pick up horses rallying inside at the five sixteenths pole, swung out widest in the seven path gathering more speed taking the final corner and charged home smart,y outside through the Kane but just missed getting to the winner on time at the wire. CHANCHITO was well positioned nestled on the rail watching the lead pair early on, tracked the leader inside another around the turn, moved to the four path in the hunt straightening out for the drive and kept determinedly fighting between foes in the late stages being a clear third while not very far off the top two spots as well in the end. FUN FELLA had a good spot on the outside keeping tabs on the lead three rivals down the backside, tracking in the second flight with an inside foe through the bend, angled to the five path in the mix at the top of the stretch and ran on evenly in the final eighth of a mile to hold for a minor placing well behind the top trio at the finish line. PARADISE PERFECT settled in midfield paired up with an inside rival, offered little progression around the oval, angled out to be seven wide at the quarter marker and could only finish up one paced never threatening in the drive to the wire. TURBO CHARGED was away slowly spotting the field along the back straight, continued to lag behind throughout the turn, hugged the tail turning for home and managed to catch a couple of leg weary foes in the final furlong. LAWYER MASON settled inside another sitting in the middle of the pack throughout, moved out to the five path at the top of the lane, shifted to the three path having little run at the furlong pole and could not get involved in the late running. HOLY RAMBO broke outwards on the start, was hard held tossing its head fighting the rider while up top down the backside, offered little resistance when collared outside by the eventual winner in midturn and emptied out faltering in the fence through the stretch drive.
