TIGER TOWN veered in sharply on the break seeing the field at the start, improved smartly on the rail under a snug hold to track the front two rivals inside by the half, rated kindly on the fence waiting for the cue to go on the fence in midturn, scraped paint coming with a rally, darted up the rail at the furlong pole and surged inside three rivals in deep stretch to get the nod for the win at the wire. PIN BOY was paired up with an inside rival sitting in mid-division at the half, ranged up two to three wide throughout the turn, loomed boldly four wide in upper stretch, grinded away closing the gap steadily outside three others in the final furlong but just missed getting to the wire first with one final late surge. ISAAC LEO had early foot dictating the pace down the backside, continued to move well up top on the turn just off the fence, had the two path with rivals bearing down on either side just clinging onto the lead with a furlong from the line but could not find just a little bit more in reserve late getting nabbed between runners for the win while taking only the show award in a tight finish for the top four spots. LEAN MUSIC MACHINE broke inwards on the start, was content to sit just outside off the pacesetter in the early running, began to inch up two wide midway around the bend, was scrubbed for more three wide coming on the quarter pole, posed the main threat in the three path between horses in mid-stretch but idled ever so slightly coming to the wire to be on the losing end of a four way finish for the win. RIDE FOR THE PURSE settled inside another in mid-pack with a half mile still to run, was hard ridden but could not quicken with the top four rivals at the five sixteenths pole, shifted to the three-path straightening out for the drive, moved five wide at the furlong marker for clear run and narrowed the margin late but could not be a factor when crossing the finish line. COMMANDER AT SEA was unhurried seeing the field when entering the backstretch, was roused two wide on the turn making little impression, shifted to the four path for the stretch drive, closed ground in the late going but could not get involved at the finish line. AGILE DANCER settled between horses in midfield in the early going, dropped back to almost be at the tail end by the half, was under a drive going three wide but was relegated to last at the three eighths pole, swung out widest in the six path for the stretch run but came up empty in the drive.
