Footnotes
TEMPLE HALL broke sharp left alone up top under a snug hold down the backside, rambled along loose on the front end through the turn, kept finding more when urged on in the two path down the lane and just lasted from fast closing runner up outside at the finish line to prevail for the gate to wire tally. FIN DEL MUNDO Was hard held three deep outside watching the top three runners, dropped back slightly at the five sixteenths pole inside two rivals, had to two path looking for a seam straightening out for home, rallied on the rail getting clear run at the furlong marker, switched outside off the winner in deep stretch and with one final late push almost got there for the win. LAKE COMO HEIST was bumped inside being forced out to another rival on the start, had the fence being hard held near the rear in the early stages, lacked running room having to wait on the rail behind a trio of runners at the three eighths pole, moved to the four oath getting a clear lane at the top of the stretch and rushed home in the final furlong to get up outside at the wire for the show award. WELL LIT had the rail keeping a close eye on the pacesetter who was left all alone up top, chased in vain saving all the ground d around the bend, had the two path in the hunt still at the head of the lane but could only finish up evenly inside in the final furlong getting picked up very late losing the third place share when crossing the wire. HELLO LADIES broke outwards on the start, had to be wrangled back getting checked slightly coming up behind a rival at the nine sixteenths pole, lagged well behind the group in the turn running, swung out widest to the nine path by mid-stretch but did have a strong charge outside picking up many runners inside in the late going. ARYEH had a tracking position on the leader outside another, was scrubbed on two wide in midturn but could not close the gap on the frontrunner, shifted out to the three path in the mix in upper stretch but could not find another gear late and wilted between foes at the sixteenth pole. FIELD HOCKEY had one runner beaten while four deep on the outside early on, made little impression three wide throughout the turn, angled to the seven path in upper stretch but showed little in the stretch running between horses. MR. PERFECT was situated off the fence in mid-pack, travelled two wide around the oval between runners keeping pace in the third flight at the five sixteenths pole, shifted out five wide turning for home but had no rally to offer in the stretch drive. LITTLE ALEXA was bumped by the inside runner on the break, settled in the three path close to the tail end going down the backside, made no progression three wide on turn and could not make any impact in the eight path with runners on either side in the drive to the wire.
