Footnotes
MO ARGENTO had an ideal set up, isolated watching the contest pair in the early going, began to reel in the embattled duo at the five sixteenths pole, pounced three wide around the leaders at the quarter marker, angled out five wide for the drive, edged away for the outright lead at the eighth pole and improved the margin of victory at the finish line. ROCK HARD ROSE had a slim lead inside down the backstretch, battled inside under a quick pace through the turn, shifted out three wide straightening out for the drive, could not go with the winner by the furlong marker and ran on well enough late to be a clear second in the end. STRAWBERRY WORLD had a slow beginning, improved smartly on the fence down the backside to sit in midfield by the half, took the short way around lengthening stride midway on the turn, was no match for the top duo down the lane but did finish up willingly just lasting for the show money at the wire. I LOVE PRESENTS had an outside stalking role, started to make a good rally outside having to travel five wide around foes at the quarter pole, swung out widest in the six path for clear run in upper stretch, found her best stride late and almost got up for the third-place share outside at the finish with a late charge. RYO AMAZING settled near the rear between horses, stalked inside another at the half, tried to make a rally but was lacking running room four wide behind foes at the quarter pole, darted inside in the two path for the drive and ran on evenly dueling for a minor placing in the final eighth of a mile. LOVE TO DREAM broke in trailing soon after the start, lagged well behind the field around the , skimmed the fence at the top of the lane, shifted out to the two path by the furlong pole and showed interest late passing some runners in the late running. TENTOMIDNIGHT broke outwards on the start, prompted the pace outside down the back straight, dueled outside under a lively pace around the bend, gave way up top in the four path between the leaders at the top of the stretch and shortened stride wilting at the furlong marker. OUR LILLY was jostled between horses on the break, settled in mid-division outside another down the backstretch, made little headway in the two path throughout the turn, angled to the five path turning for home but failed to menace in the stretch running. BARCHESSA was eager, high headed on the outside in the second flight at the half, was roused to keep up bit could not quicken with the front three in midturn and emptied out five wide in upper stretch.
