HAPPY QUAD had a nice spot isolated down the backstretch early on watching the contesting trio, shifted outwards in midturn coming with a run, angled to the five path for the drive, was in full flight outside foes by the furlong marker closing in and edged away for the victory in deep stretch. ALPHA KADIN stalked inside another down the back straight while nudged along by the rider, could see the field by the three furlong marker, started to make a move inside foes in the two path at the quarter pole, found a seam in the four path between horses with a quick turn of foot, dueled inside the winner in the final furlong and just got out nodded in the final few jumps. HELLO JELLO broke in at the start, prompted the early pace outside two others in the beginning, dropped back off the lead duo by the half, re-engaged moving in at the quarter pole to be in the mix three wide in upper stretch and finished up one paced in the last furlong just winning the show battle outside by a head nod at the wire. ANOTHER CHARLIE veered in on the break, pressed the issue inside runners down the backside, battled up top on the fence around the bend, still was clinging onto the front hugging the rail turning for home, gave way up top by the sixteenth pole and lost out on the nod for the show money at the wire settling on the fringes instead at the end. MY BOY BRUCE had an outside stalking position down the backstretch, made little impression running just off the rail through the oval, could see the field swinging out five wide at the top of the lane and passed a couple of weary foes in the stretch drive. CHUNKY MONKEY hopped up slightly trailing at the start, picked up runners three deep on the outside at the half, stalled with the mild rally three wide by the quarter pole and had nothing more to offer in the stretch running. BENNYS JETS broke in on the start, had a narrow lead between foes along the backside, dueled outside through the turn, had little left for the drive, folded in the two path by the furlong marker and was not persevered with late.
