TORBATO was reluctant to load, broke awkwardly and slowly, shifted in up the backstretch, saved ground advancing inside on the turn, came out seven wide gradually through upper- to mid-stretch and rallied strongly outside, bumped the leader in deep stretch while edging past. CHARLATAN SUCCESS settled off the pace inside, began shifting out near the three-eighths, came into upper stretch six wide advancing on the leaders, struck the fore past the three-sixteenths, was bumped late and outfinished but clearly second best. CLASSY GUEST was bumped at the start and broke a step slowly, was devoid of early speed, trailed into the turn near the inside, swung four to five wide, rallied between runners to get up for show. BUDDHA'S DELIGHT stalked the leading pair advancing on that duo late on the turn, had room between them coming into upper stretch, made a mild bid past the three-sixteenths, was outkicked while evening out and lost third late. WISE WALKER bumped the outside foe at the start, was a bit rank and taken up in the early going racing in behind runners, went two to five wide on the turn floating seven deep turning for home, ran on but needed more to threaten. DOYLER was bumped between foes at the start, chased outside runners on the turn three to six wide, came into upper stretch eight deep, failed to rally. PATRIOTWAVE bumped the inside rival at the start but went quickly to the lead, was soon joined by an outside foe and set a pressured pace, gave way in the stretch. FORZA was off the pace outside a rival two to three wide on the turn, was never near enough to threaten. LUMINEER bumped a rival at the start, made a swift early move to press the leader by the five-eighths, dueled briefly on the turn, faltered and faded.
