Footnotes
LAST AMERICAN EXIT rated kindly travelling on the outside sitting in midfield, was nudged for more run in midturn coming with a good run outside rivals, posed the main threat five wide straightening out for the drive, found his best stride late and powered past many runners on the outside in the final furlong to get up for the stretch running score. PRICELESS WILL stalked on the inside close to the back in the early going, shared the rear with an outside foe at the half, saved ground coming on through the turn narrowing the margin sharp,y at the quarter pole, had the four path looking for a clear lane in upper stretch, kept on coming through the lane but was second best to the winner who had gotten the jump at the furlong poke. SOUPER DORMY was forward,y placed going three deep keeping a close eye on the engaged duo down the backside, ranged up three wide on the turn to bid for the lead outside by the quarter pole, angled to the four path very much in the thick of it between rivals at the top of the lane, gave way, unable to quicken with the outside pair for the top two spots with a sixteenth to go but still finished up willingly to capture the show money in the end. CAUGHT SPEEDING was hustled on the break to then settle into stride having a slim lead in hand down the backstretch, continued to have a narrow advantage pressed outside throughout the bend, was collared by rivals skimming the fence at the top of the lane, fought on, in the hunt up front stubbornly inside many rivals until the sixteenth pole a. SOUPER SUCCESS shadowed the pacesetter early on, continued to prompt the issue on the turn, vied between horses at the quarter pole on the front end, poked his head in front briefly in uppper stretch, could not keep up to the top duo by the sixteenth pole and yielded in deep stretch while involved in a blanket finish for the third place share at the finish line. YOUR VALENTINO settled on the inside of a rival in the middle of the pack down the backside, watched the contesting pair while on the rail in the second flight around the oval, , shifted to the two path turning for home, still was looking for a seam three wide at the furlong poke and could not get into contention when out finished by others in the last eight of a mile. HIGHLAND LIFE was void of early foot seeing the field in the beginning, continued-trailed outside another at the half, made no impact while three wide around the bend and could not get involved having the five path in the stretch running.
