SWITZLER JAMMIN emerged from the pack to have the lead heading into the backstretch, moved well having little pressure from her closest pursuers around the turn, was let out a notch quite in control with a furlong from home and was kept to the task late to hold comfortably for the gate to wire score. GINGER'S HOLIDAY broke outwards on the break, hounded the pacesetter on the outside down the backside, chased in vain just off the fence around the oval, kept on trying down the stretch, could not threaten the winner in the final furlong but did fight on to win the place share in the final sixteenth of a mile. RUN MATTEO RUN was tucked in on the rail behind the leader, continued to follow the frontrunner around the turn, shifted to the two path in upper stretch in the mix, could not get to the winner who had plenty left at the furlong pole and was outdueled inside another in the final sixteenth of a mile to settle for third money at the wire. DROGON stalked three deep near the back end, edged up three wide on the bend, closed in five wide outside foes at the quarter marker and finished with intent having a good late rally to be a fringe player in the end. EARNING MY EARS hopped up veering onwards on the break, was headstrong close the the rear on the fence in the early going, narrow the margin on the leader by the half, could not gain on runners hugging the rail by midturn, moved closer two wide straightening out for the stretch run but faded late battling between runners for a minor placing in the final furlong. AIM DON'T MISS kept in close view of the lead three rivals while on the inside along the backstretch, ran evenly between foes in the two path on the turn, shifted three wide at the top of the lane, darted to the rail with a furlong remaining but could not get into contention in the late stages. COMMERCIAL VALUE travelled three deep watching the lead trio down the back straight at the half, held her own going three wide outside horses on the bend, moved to the four path turning for home but failed to fire through the lane. SERENADE POINT was away awkwardly soon after the start stalking ahead of only one runner in the early stages, made no progression two wide through the oval, passed a rival on the outside at the quarter marker but could not improve any further in the drive to the wire. MARIACHI LOCO settled between rivals in mid-division, had the fence but going in the wrong direction around the bend and had little to give on the rail in the stretch drive. RARUS FORMA had a slow start trailing the group along the backside, could not close in on rivals through the turn, shifted three wide for the drive and could not be a factor in the late running.
