EVER DANGEROUS rated in behind the leaders, made a swift early move passing the five-eighths advancing inside foes to the lead and clear past the nine-sixteenths, extended the advantage on the far turn, held safe in the lane under steady handling. PALIO settled off the pace, saved ground, kept on inside to get up for place. MALIBU MAMBO broke inwardly, went to the lead but was put to light rating tactics racing off the rail and pressed by an outside foe, was in a bit tight early as a loose horse went to the front and caused some crowding, was overtaken past the five-eighths by the eventual winner and continued to pursue that one from off the inside, was encouraged three furlongs out, ran on but lost place late. C MY MEISTER settled outside stalking mid-division, fanned six wide into upper stretch, kept on late but needed more. LASTING SILENCE attended the early pace outside, was in a bit tight as the loose horse came past on the first turn, continued to chase from off the rail, failed to rally. POSTURING settled tucking in two to three wide early, dropped back to last, moved outside foes exchanging some contact about the three-eighths, moved out from four to six wide on the far turn coming into upper stretch seven deep, failed to menace. SAILOR'S PASSION was in a bit tight at the start, settled at the back off the inside, bumped with a rival early on the far turn, failed to rally. WAR IN CHARGE stumbled badly at the start losing the rider. FOLLOWING AN INQUIRY INTO THE START NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
