BENNYS JETS was hustled from the break having the lead on the rail getting a clear advantage by the half, narrowly held on up top inside while hounded by rivals outside throughout the turn, was clinging onto the lead two wide in upper stretch, spurted away briefly on the fence at the furlong pole under right-handed encouragement and was kept to the task right to the end to last at the wire for the gate to wire score. HELLO JELLO was roused at the start while at the back leaving the gate, shifted off the fence coming with a run at the three furlong marker, hugged the rail making his presence felt at the top of the lane, loomed boldly angled off the leader two wide with a furlong still to run and was closing in strongly late but was denied at the finish line. ANOTHER CHARLIE was forwardly placed from the get-go drafting behind the front runner by the seven sixteenths pole, shifted out in the two path in midturn coming on, bid three wide between horses at the top of the stretch, was no match for the top duo in the final sixteenth but did finish up well enough to clearly hold for the show money. SOUPER STRIDER was unhurried well behind the field down the backside, still remained at the back of the pack around the turn, shifted to the three path starting to get into gear in upper stretch, found his best stride late seven wide outside foes coming with a sharp burst at the furlong pole and got up in deep stretch for a minor placing. MISS D'S PRIDE tracked the pacesetter in the two path with a host of others outside in the beginning, dropped back unable to keep forward position inside at the seven sixteenths pole, could not keep make any progression around the turn but did show late interest on the fence in the stretch running dueling for a minor share in deep stretch. ARAMI'S SPEIGHSTER battled outside going six abreast in the beginning stages, kept a close eye three wide at the three furlong pole outside two other runners through the turn, bid for the lead bobbing heads four wide at the quarter marker, shifted to the five path still in the conversation for the front end turning for home but then yielded at the eighth pole between horses. TIERNAN tracked with runners on either side in the three path at the half, vied three wide between horses fighting up front around the turn, was in the mix having the four path at the top of the lane, could not keep up late and tired with furlong remaining. TENTOMIDNIGHT had the five path between rivals part of the early scrum up top, settled into midfield outside foes four wide at the half mile marker, ranged up four wide making a good run midway on the bend, was fanned out six wide coming to the leaders taking the corner, could not continued the sustained run and folded by the furlong pole.
