RARIFIED (IRE) was hustled out of the gate taking clear command by the five furlong marker, dictated terms in hand moving comfortably down the backside unopposed, rolled along through the turn having mild pressure applied briefly by an outside foe at the quarter pole, opened up quickly when the nudged for more at the top of the stretch and cruised home in the late going for the gate to wire score. RUTHLESS ACTION drafted behind the pacesetter along the backside, inched up taking the shortest path around the turn, skimmed the fence taking the corner, offered a good rail rally down the lane and finished up well enough, besting the rest capturing the place share well behind the dominant winner. GRETNA GREEN watched the leader three deep down the back straight, moved in on the outside around the oval to press the leader briefly with a quarter mile to run, angled to the four path unable to match strides with the winner straightening out for home but did ran on determinedly between horses in the final furlong holding for the show money. EPISODE tracked the pacesetter between runners early on, travelled in the second tier outside a rival on the bend starting to make a run three wide at the quarter pole, angled to the five path turning for home, could not threaten the winner who was in control in upper stretch, dueled for the place and show money outside two others in the final furlong but evened out slightly in deep stretch settling for the minors in the end. GO GEMMA co-trailed on the outside with a half mile to run, could not progress outside another still at the back end throughout the turn, shifted out to the five path for the drive to the wire having a chance for a small share in mid-stretch but needed more late to be a factor in deep stretch. KIMBERLINA shared the rear on the fence down the backside at the half, made no impact saving all the ground around the turn, shifted out just off the rail two wide at the top of the lane but could not offer a late finish.
