Footnotes
ADAPTED was restless in the stall prior to the start, had an ideal set up on the fence isolated behind the contesting pair in the early stages, inched up behind the frontrunner at the half, sat posed hugging the rail waiting for the cue to go on the last turn, moved out looming a menacing oresence two wide by tge furlong poke and powered past with ease in the final sixteenth for the win. GOTME GOOD dueled on the rail setting a quick pace in the first quarter of a mile, shook clear disposing of the early speed right by the half, rolled along up top through the far turn, was clinging o to the lead on the fence midway down the stretch but was unable to fend off the winner late due to being softened up from his early efforts fighting for the lead and still dug in determinedly to last at the finish line for the runners up share. CAN'T JUMP was pushed in by the outside foe on the break, settled into stride four mid-pack outside on the first turn, was forced to move up in the three path between horses at the five eighths poke when the outside runner was making an early outside bid, tracked the leader on the far turn having the eventual winner to her inside, shifted out three wide in upper stretch and finished up willingly to be a clear third while almost getting up for the place share at the wire. CATHOLIC JACKIE was in tight at the break, settled into stride four wide near the rear in the beginning, could see the field with a half mile to run, made little gain three wide around the last bend, angled out to the five path turning for home and finished with intent in the final furlong to get up late for a mi or placing in the end. ETHNIC SOUL stalked between runners close to the back, travelled in the three path inching up closer to the lead by the half, could not make a rally three wide on the far turn and while still three wide failed to fire in the late running. SHAMATEUR broke inwards on the start, was hustled pressing the brisk pace outside early on, could not hold forward position at the half between rivals, came under a ride on the far turn but could not keep up to the lead trio and tired two wide inside of runners by mid-stretch. SOL DE VERANO settled on the inside in midfield on the first turn, was shuffled back at the five eighths pole when the field bunched up along the backside, could not keep up on the far turn trailing at the five sixteenths pole and failed to menace in the four path in the drive to the wire. STARVIN was unhurried on the rail seeing the field, shifted outside making a premature move four deep down the backstretch to track the front two at the half, travelled four to five wide trying to hold position in midfield around the final bend, swung out widest in the seven path out of gas at the top of the lane stopping outside of horses in upper stretch.
