Footnotes
GINGER'S HOLIDAY battled on the inside for the top spot down the back straight, continued to be pressed outside fighting on the lead through the bend, disposed of the early speed foe when nudged for more two wide turning for home, opened up at will by the furlong marker and cruised in fir the dominant score. LIVININTHEFASTLANE had a good spot inside another tracking the lead twosome, edged up three wide holding position turning for home dueling with a inside for a seam, was no match for the overpowering winner by the furlong pole but did dig in late on the outside to nab the the place share outside right at the finish line. GLORIOUS REVENGE broke outwards on the start, recovered to argue the pace outside down the back straight, continued to slug it out outside the eventual winner around the bend, gave way fighting up top two wide at the top of the stretch and faded ever so little late but was caught right on the wire outside for the place share. BIG LEW had the rail sitting in mid-division down the back straightaway, advanced smartly on the fence by the five sixteenths pole, tried to shift out three wide for a clear lane but lost its path in tight at the top of the lane, moved to the rail dueling for the place share with the winner long gone but needed more in deep stretch losing the secondary battle and taking a minor placing instead in the end. COMMON CANTER had the outside position in the middle of the pack, was shuffled back slightly between horses at the half, made little movement just off the fence around the oval, angled to the five path straightened out for home and finished up one paced through the lane. Z HUB sat outside of three runners, four deep tracking the contesting pair, still continued a four wide journey on the bend keeping pace outside of rivals, swung out widest in the six path in upper stretch but lacked a rally in the late stages. ASHUKA was antsy in the stall prior to the break, settled on the outside close to the back end in the early stages, made no gain throughout the turn while four wide outside of rivals and failed to fire in the stretch running. TEAM TALABAAT was taken up for a moment shortly after the gate opened up to be well behind the group down the backside, still could see the field around the bend, shifted out to the three path turning for home and could only manage to catch up to a weary straggler whileoutside in the late running. MIKEY BOY was away a step slow plus was bumped inside on the break to stalk near the rear ins the early going, improved between foes making a mild run at the half mile marker, dropped back on the fence in the turn leaving the quarter pole and had nothing to offer for the drive when coming up empty by the sixteenth pole.
