Albuquerque CLAIMING STAKES $6,250

Purse $25,000. One And One Fourth Miles. For Three Year Old And Older. Field size limited to twelve (12) Starters. Horses that were nominated for leg 1 of the marathon series and horses that were supplemented to leg two of the series will remain eligible and must pay a $250 entry fee. Horses that were not nominated to leg 1 of the series and were not supplemented to leg two of the series must pay a $1,000.00 supplemental fee which will includes the $250 entry fee. Horses with points after series 2 will have first preference, but still must paythe $250 entry fee. The remaining of the field will be determined by the highest 2025-2026 earnings at the time of closing nominations. Weights: Three Year old 117 Lbs... Older 120 Lbs.... Fillies 117 Lbs.... Non-winners of a race in 2026 allowed 2 Lbs.., non-winners of a race in 2025 allowed 3 Lbs. Horses that were nominated to series 1 and horses that supplemented in series 2 will automatically be nominated. Supplemental nominees in third leg are not eligible for the series bonus. To receive any bonus money horses must start in The Con Jackson. Claiming Price $6,250.00 Nominations close Friday October 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM. RACE WILL BE LASIX FREE (A Trophy will be presented to the winning Owner).
