Purse $8,000. TB For five yrs old and upwards, which have not won more than three steeple chases. Weights: 5-y-o, 160 lbs; 6-y-o and up 166 lbs Mares allowed 7 lbs. Penalties, after 2023, a winner of a steeple chase 4 lbs Of 2 steeple chases or of a Class 1 to Class 3 steeple chase 8 lbs(Half penalties for wins achieved in Novices' and Maiden Hunters' Steeple Chases in Great Britain or Ireland) Note: With reference to the 8 lbs penalty for at least two Steeple Chase wins, a horse may only claim a half penalty if all wins were in Novice or Maiden Hunters' Steeple Chases. 2 7/8M
