Footnotes
NOTMYSTEPPINGSTONE broke in front then was hustled, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked while inside of a foe in the two path on the turn, shook clear under a drive in upper stretch and maintained a safe advantage under strong urging. ADA MAY stumbled badly at the start then checked while having the rider lose his right iron, spotted the front many lengths, dropped back while remaining without the iron for about a furlong before regaining footing, gained quickly in the two to three path on the turn, was held up some in traffic inside the five-sixteenths pole, moved out in upper stretch then drifted out under a left-handed crop before being switched to a right-handed crop and finished well for the place in a good effort. CAROL SAID NO was hustled from the gate, angled in while urged along off the pace, traveled around the turn in the two to three path, turned into upper stretch under a drive, moved out near the sixteenth-pole and finished willingly to secure the show. MY VANILLA was grabbed with the left-rein at the start but broke towards the front, stalked the pace on the outside, vied in the three path on the turn, chased the winner into the final furlong and weakened. SELECTIVELY SWEET broke a half-step slow while grabbed with the left-rein, was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the four path, remained on her inside lead in the stretch and lacked the needed response. NO FACTOR stumbled at the start, was urged along off the pace, raced inside to the two path on the turn, steadied briefly inside the five-sixteenths pole, moved out in upper stretch and failed to rally. INFASTUATION was well placed down the backstretch, angled in nearing the nine-sixteenths pole, dropped back around the half-mile pole, saved ground on the turn and tired. POWER DRIVER broke a step slow, moved in while urged along off the pace, rounded the turn in the three then four path, spun into the stretch in the five path and failed to threaten. WHO'S GOT THE TIP stumbled badly in the hindquarters at the start and was off slow, spotted the front many lengths, was urged towards the rear, dropped back leaving the backstretch, raced inside to the three path on the turn and failed to respond.
