BEARY FUNNY moved out while settling at the rear, chased while shifting from the three path to the five path on the turn, rallied coming to the quarter-pole, swept to the front into upper stretch, kicked clear outside the furlong marker, drew away while kept to the task into the final sixteenth then was esaed up while much the best. CHARGING AERO broke out at the start, moved up while coaxed along near the nine-sixteenths then pressed on the outside of foes, vied in the four path on the turn, led passing the quarter-pole then lost the advantage into upper stretch under a drive and proved no match for the winner while clear for the place. HONORARY DEGREE disputed the pace between horses, vied in the two path while still between horses on the turn, dropped back into upper stretch, had the rider lose his right iron inside the furlong marker and weakened while remaining without the outside iron but was clear for the show. KHAFRE was hustled from the gate, pressed the pace between foes, vied in the three path while still between rivals on the turn, dropped back coming to the quarter-pole and tired. JAKE ROCKS disputed the pace between horses then inside of opponents starting near the five-eighths pole, vied inside under urging on the turn, dropped back outside the quarter-pole and capitulated. SUPER CHIEF showed speed on the inside then dropped back near the five-eighths pole, moved from the rail to the two path under urging on the turn, swung out to the five path into the stretch and came up empty.
