PISTOL LIZ ABLAZEN dropped back early then was urged between horses, moved closer around the nine-sixteenths pole, was roused in the two path on the turn, rallied in the three path into the stretch then came out more, closed well to get the lead just inside the three-sixteenths pole and drew away while drifting in some under strong urging. SPRING MAGIC was well placed just off the pace, moved up under urging to make a bid between horses with five furlongs to run, took a narrow advantage passing the half-mile pole, shook clear in the two path on the turn, lost the advantage to the winner under a drive in upper stretch and proved no match while clear for the place. VEGAS WEEKEND moved out leaving the chute then stalked the pace on the outside, made a bid with five furlongs to run, chased in the three path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the four path and weakened. while able to hold the show. SHEZANARCTICQUEEN tossed her head and was off a step slow, angled out entering the main-track then was rated on the outside, was asked near the seven-sixteenths pole, chased in the three to four path on the turn and came up empty. APRIL ANTICS broke awkwardly and bumped with a foe while off a step slow, was urged along on the outside, went around most of the turn in the three path then shifted to the four path, dropped inward in upper stretch, remained on her inside lead in the drive and lacked the needed response. HALO CITY was urged along at the rear, dropped further behind leaving the backstretch, moved from the rail to the two path near the three-eighths pole, shifted to the four path late on the turn, moved out around the furlong marker and failed to threaten. JOLLY MISS JILL bumped with a rival at the start then was hustled, moved in leaving the chute, lost the lead passing the half-mile pole, came up empty along the rail on the turn and retreated.
