HONEY IN THE BANK disputed the pace between horses, dropped from the two path to the rail on the turn, shook clear under a drive in upper stretch and held under steady urging. SWEET LILAC disputed the pace on the inside of two foes, dropped back leaving the backstretch then moved from the inside to the two path early on the turn, chased the leader through that bend, remained on her inside lead while under a drive in upper stretch, moved out near the eighth-pole, stayed on her inside lead in the final furlong and narrowly earned the place. AWESOME ROBERTA chased the leading trio down the backstretch, came out some near the nine-sixteenths pole, moved from the three path to the four path on the turn, chased the winner in the stretch and just missed the place while able to get the show. WILDCAT ANNIE disputed the pace on the outside of two opponents, vied in the three path on the turn, dropped back while remaining on her inside lead in upper stretch, swapped to the proper lead outside the sixteenth-pole and weakened. LOOKIN TO ROCK was urged along at the rear, moved from the rail to the three path on the turn, angled out in upper stretch and improved position without threatening. KITTY OF WAR settled towards the rear under some urging, traveled around the turn in the two path and lacked the needed response. FIFI LA FUME settled towards the back on the outside while under some urging, rounded the turn in the four path, moved out in upper stretch and was no factor. GIANT'S AUDIBLE chased the pace on the outside, was carried out near the nine-sixteenths pole, went around the turn in the four then five path and tired. WAVE moved in near the five-eighths pole, was coaxed along off the pace, saved ground on the turn and was no factor. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
