Footnotes
FORWARD MOVE coaxed from the gate, chased five then four wide coming under encouragement with five-sixteenths to run, swung five wide for home, rallied under a drive to take command just inside the eighth pole, then was under a hand ride through the final sixteenth to prevail edging away to the finish. WARALO hustled from the start, tucked to the two path placing STEWIE in tight in behind near the five furlongs marker, showed the way in hand just off the inside under prompting from COURAGEOOUS OH LA to the outside, tucked inside through the turn and came under coaxing with five-sixteenths remaining, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, got collared just inside the eighth pole and kept on to preserve the place honors clear of the rest. COURAGEOOUS OH LA broke out at the start, prompted the leader from the outside four then two wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, tipped three to four wide into upper stretch, weakened. STEWIE bobbled at the break, chased along the rail and was steadied when balking in a bit tight along the fence as WARALO tucked over just outside the five-eighths pole, tipped out and chased two to three wide thereafter coming under urging at the seven-sixteenths, swung four wide into upper stretch, drifted in straightened away to the two path, tired, and was eased through the final furlong to the wire.
