CEES GET DEGREES was hustled from the gate, raced just off the pace, dropped back some late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, came out into upper stretch, pursued the leader into the final furlong, made a bid in tandem with WAR STRIDE while inside that foe outside the sixteenth-pole, dueled gamely in the final sixteenth and narrowly prevailed under strong urging. WAR STRIDE dropped back then shifted out at the rear under urging, moved closer in the four path on the turn, chased the leader under a drive into the final furlong, made a bid in tandem with the winner outside the sixteenth-pole, dueled determinedly while side by side with that opponent in the final sixteenth and just missed while clear for the place. GRAYWING stalked the pace on the outside, made a bid near the nine-sixteenths pole, vied in the four then three path on the turn, took the lead into upper stretch, led under a drive until near the sixteenth-pole then was overtaken while clear for the show. DOT'S DOLLAR brushed with a rival at the start, moved out inside the five-eighths pole while tracking the pace, made a bid near the nine-sixteenths pole, vied in the three then two path on the turn, dropped back near the five-sixteenths pole, fell further back while in hand into upper stretch then moved out and weakened. DANGEROUS RIDE broke in then brushed with a foe, settled off the pace, spun into the four path leaving the backstretch then dropped quickly to the three path, was roused on the turn, turned into upper stretch in the five path and lacked the needed response. POPPY'S PRIDE raced just off the pace while between horses, dropped back some late on the backstretch, traveled around the turn in the two path, moved to the rail under a drive in upper stretch and came up empty. EXCELLENT TIMING moved in while going to the front then showed the way, vied in the two path on the turn, lost the advantage into upper stretch and gave way.
