MOONLIGHT GAL chased the solo leader from second, dropped from the three path to the two path early on the turn, gained coming to the five-sixteenths pole, took the lead into upper stretch then shook clear, was given one pop of a right-handed crop outside the furlong marker then switched to a left-handed crop and held under strong urging. GIANT AT WORK was hustled from the gate then urged along off the pace, moved from the three path to the two path early on the turn, chased into upper stretch, angled out while gaining on the winner in the final furlong and finished willingly but missed while well clear for the place. TOWER TWENTY TWO was urged along on the outside, moved from the four path to the three path early on the turn, turned into upper stretch in the four path, chased the winner into the final furlong and weakened while clearly best of the rest. INSTANT VISION broke in and a step slow, raced towards the rear, went around the turn in the two to three path and was no factor. ESTHER'S SALAD was urged along near the back, saved ground on the turn, moved off the rail outside the quarter-pole and failed to rally. OUR PREFERRED PAL was hustled to the front then angled in while speeding clear, moved from the two path to the rail into the turn, lost the advantage into upper stretch and faded. SYL'S PLEASURE was urged along off the pace, saved ground on the turn and failed to respond. SECRET FIRE was ridden along on the outside, dropped from the five path to the four path very early on the turn, remained in the four path through that bend and faltered.
