ICE ROAD broke in at the start bumping DEBATE, raced just off the inside through the first turn in closest aim of the leader, advanced in tandem with RETAIL MAN to prompt the leader five furlongs from home, intensified the pressure into the far turn and vied between foes coming under coaxing with five-sixteenths remaining, swung four wide into upper stretch, dug in dueling through the length of the stretch taking command a sixteenth from home and gamely fended off the runner up to prevail on the wire. BAD LARRY coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside through the first turn, had a pair of rivals advance and came under prompting albeit through the presence and facing very little pressure otherwise until nearing the half mile pole, vied inside a pair of rivals through the turn placed to encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, spun three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive clinging to the front to the eighth pole, got collared nearing the sixteenth marker and fought on game to the finish. COMMANDPERFORMANCE three wide through the first turn, chased three wide coming under a ride at the three-eighths, angled out six to seven wide into upper stretch, kicked on belatedly to the end. RETAIL MAN struck the off side stall at the start when the assistant starter was barely set as the latch was sprung and got away near the rear of the field, raced four then three wide through the first turn advancing to be forwardly placed, prompted the pace three wide when latching on the top pair five furlongs out, increased the pressure through the turn vying for command under urging from the three-eighths, angled five wide into upper stretch, got shaken off straightened away and weakened in the late stages. WILD BANKER along the inside through the first turn, chased four then three wide under prolonged coaxing from the half mile pole, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid to improve position to the finish. DEBATE got bumped at the start by ICE ROAD, who broke inwards, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, angled four to five wide into upper stretch, made no impact. CO CONSPIRATOR chased along the inside and then just off the inside ridden along from the seven-sixteenths, tipped three wide into upper stretch, weakened.
