ROYAL EVENT broke out at the start, was well placed down the backstretch, went around the turn in the two path, rallied to get the lead in upper stretch and drew away under steady urging. ELENI broke out at the start, moved out outside the five-eighths pole then was urged along on the outside, chased in the five path on the turn and got up for the place while no match for the winner. SWEET LILAC bumped with a rival at the start, chased the pace, raced in the three path on the turn, pursued the leader under a drive into the final furlong and also proved no match then missed the place while clear for the show. GRACIE GIRL broke a step slow, was urged along on the outside, traveled around the turn in the five then four path, moved out outside the furlong marker and lacked the needed response. INSTANT VISION broke in and bumped with an opponent, was urged along near the rear, saved ground on the turn, turned into the stretch in the three path and failed to threaten. AWESOME ROBERTA broke out at the start, tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the four path on the turn and came up empty. SHOCK broke a step slow, bumped with a rival early, moved in while off the pace, shifted from the rail to the two path on the turn and also came up empty. SKY TRAVEL went to the front then showed the way, vied inside on the turn, was put to a drive into upper stretch, lost the advantage to the winner inside the three-sixteenths pole and gave way. JOEVIA'S DIVA bumped with a rival early, settled towards the back, moved from the three path to the two path early on the turn and was no factor.
