Footnotes
ECHO IN ETERNITY bumped with a rival at the start, contested the pace on the outside, vied in the three path on the turn, was given her cue just inside the five-sixteenths pole, dueled outside of BEDTIME STORY into the final furlong, drifted in outside the sixteenth-pole then was straightened by the rider, moved clear shortly thereafter and proved best under steady urging. BOOK OF WISDOM bumped with a rival at the start, was urged along just off the pace, chased in the three path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path, pursued the leading duo into the final furlong and finished willingly to just get up for the place. BEDTIME STORY disputed the pace on the inside of a rival, vied in the two path while asked on the turn, dueled inside of the winner into the final furlong, was carried in some outside the sixteenth-pole then dropped back, moved out behind the winner in the final sixteenth and weakened then lost the place while clear for the show. PAM PAM was unprepared at the start, hit the assistant starters leg as the assistant starter had not gotten fully onto the side pontoon before the latch was sprung, came out a bit slow then was hustled, angled in with five furlongs to run, moved out leaving the backstretch, was ridden along in the four path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the five path, angled in around the three-sixteenths pole and came up empty. FOXY CARA was urged along at the rear, went around the turn in the five path, spun into the stretch the six path and lacked the needed response. LOOKS FIRST was well placed just off the pace, chased late on the backstretch, dropped back while inside on the turn, came off the rail into upper stretch and capitulated.
