TROUBLED LUCK was well placed just off the pace, chased in the three path on the turn, pursued the solo leader in the stretch, gained into the final sixteenth, made a bid between horses late and narrowly prevailed under strong urging. MONTAUK MYSTIQUE had her head turned at the start but broke with the rest of the field, settled on the outside, was urged along in the four path on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, chased outside into the final furlong, gained into the final sixteenth, made a bid late and just missed while narrowly able to get the place. FOCUS POCUS was hustled to the front then showed the way, moved clear late on the backstretch, controlled the action in the two path on the turn, was asked inside the quarter-pole, came under a right-handed crop outside the furlong marker, led under a drive until the final strides but was denied while clear for the show. MIA NIPOTINA settled on the inside of rivals, dropped back under urging late on the backstretch, fell to the rear while moving from the three path to the five path on the turn, turned into upper stretch in the seven path and gained in the final furlong to get the last spot in the superfecta. ACCELERINA was hustled from the gate, settled between horses, moved in near the nine-sixteenths pole, went around the turn in the two then three path, turned into upper stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. THAT'STHEFACTJACK settled off the pace, was urged along late on the backstretch, moved from the rail to the two path late on the turn, swung out to the five path into upper stretch and lacked the needed response. TO BE LOVED BY YOU moved up to race just off the pace, dropped back while saving ground on the turn, spun into the stretch in the two path and came up empty. LUCKY AND GORGEOUS settled off the pace, dropped back late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and failed to threaten.
