OATH OF OMERTA pressed the pace on the outside, was asked in the three then two path on the turn, fought outside of the runner-up into the final furlong, gained the lead just inside the sixteenth-pole and prevailed under strong urging. NEW YORK SCRAPPY went to the front, set the pace in hand under some pressure to the outside, dropped from the two path to the inside on the turn, was asked near the five-sixteenths pole, came under the crop outside the furlong marker, led into the final sixteenth but was caught while clear for the place. SOLO DANCING was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the four path, chased the top two while outside in the stretch and weakened but held the show. SMILENSAYCHEESE broke out then was corrected by the rider, raced towards the back while urged along, went around the turn in the two path, turned into the stretch in the three path, remained on his inside lead in the drive and lacked the needed response. CAPT JAX PARROW broke out at the start, dropped well behind the rest of the field, moved from the two path to the four path under urging on the turn, remained on his inside lead in the stretch and failed to threaten. RESILIENT HERO settled off the pace, was urged along while inside early on the turn, shifted to the two then three path late on that bend and failed to respond.
